1. Acceptance
By creating an account or connecting an AWS account, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service
CloudSaver AI analyzes your AWS usage and produces cost-optimization recommendations. Recommendations are advisory — you are responsible for any changes you make to your AWS environment.
3. Acceptable use
You will not reverse engineer, resell, or use the service to violate any law or AWS terms.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Polar. You can cancel at any time; refunds are pro-rated only for annual plans within 14 days.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as is". CloudSaver AI is not liable for AWS charges, data loss, or downtime resulting from changes you apply based on our recommendations.
